3-4 Days Hiatus!? Lol

Well I'm gonna take a break for 3 days. Why? Because I'm gonna fly off to...Singapore!

No reason for flying though, just "makan angin" as they say. Ahahaha. Gonna relax there and enjoy..or something..more like buying games and accessories but hey, that's called relaxation for me :)

So yeah, off to Singapore later and be back on Monday..well I should just say Tuesday cause I'm coming back at like 11 P.M and by the time reach home should be Tuesday already bwahahhaha XD

Random cats

My house is like a host for random stray cats to just come in and live. Seriously I've lost count of how many cats I have and next thing you know they're pregnant and having more kitties that my house just can't take care of properly. I remember Jarrod going to the back toilet near my kitchen and seeing a pregnant cat just waiting outside the door to the toilet LOL

One day, out of nowhere, I walk to my kitchen and see a cat that I've never seen before.

"Another stray cat eh?" I said to myself and so I just walked away. It's common to see a cat that I've never seen before at my house XD

But then this cat..is different. Compared to the other stray cats, this one actually listens o.O

Either that or my grandpa has some awesome powers that take control over stray cats LOL

Everytime my grandpa walks to the kitchen, this cat will be there waiting for him. My grandpa asks it to jump on the bench, it'll do it. My grandpa asks it to roll on the floor, it'll do it. It's just so weird. The other cats that's been living in my house for so long never listens to my grandpa ahahhahaha

I wonder if I can ask this cat to do what I want:

"I order you to play games with me~ Especially street fighter 4~ Because I'm a loser and I have no friends to play with at the moment~~~~ *persuasive eyes~*"

Cat: "Loserrr~~"

Trailers and Openings

I have come to the conclusion that most of my posts that will soon follow are game related. So my blog could be called like...the blog for game updates or something? Hahahaha. Oh and have you seen the jollibee post in Jarrod's blog? I wonder if every jollibee in Brunei has this problem. Pretty interesting if you ask me XD.

Anyway, back to the point of this post. Have you guys seen the Final Fantasy Versus 13 trailer from that Desengki errr event, dunno what it's really called? Have you seen it!? Epic trailer I tells you. Pure gold. Awesome! I have uploaded the trailer below:





I do no have much information about Final Fantasy Versus 13 yet since the information released is scarce. The only information I know of is that the main character's name is Noctis Lucis Caelum. This is taken from wikipedia:

"Very little information regarding the plot of the game has been revealed
since E3 2006; however, Square Enix
representatives have commented that Versus may be the darkest Final Fantasy game
yet.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII revolves around a prince named
Noctis Lucis Caelum, who is the last heir to an unnamed kingdom in which the
last Crystal is kept. Because of increasingly apparent modernization in contrast
to neighboring nations, Noctis' kingdom has isolated itself from the outside
world. The game is set as two nations battle each other for dominance and for

The other video I wanna show you is the opening for Dissidia:Final Fantasy for the PSP handheld system. This opening blew my mind away when I first saw it, after watching it many times, it's still awesome to me LOL. I have also uploaded the opening for this game below:






The North American release for the game is like months away from now. 2nd Quarter of this year from what I heard, but as the impatient gamer that I am, I decided to import the Japanese version instead. Ordered the game from http://www.play-asia.com/ It took around 3 days to arrive. That website has pretty good service and fast delivery. It's from Hong Kong and I totally recommend that website *2 thumbs up* Very trustable. I've ordered from that website probably around 5 or 6 times already and they all came within 3-5 days. Used UPS service though so I'm not sure how long the items will arrive if you don't use UPS or FEDEX.

Onto the game itself, It's pretty awesome that's all I can say. I can't understand shit though cause it's all in Japanese which kinda hurts it abit. Equipping weapons, accessories and even trying to buy alternate costumes is a nightmare. Well, the costumes not really XD

For those of you who do not know what Dissidia:Final Fantasy is, It's sort of a fighting game plus role playing elements mixed into it. So what's so special about it? Wellll, you can choose between using one of 20 characters + 2 other unlockable characters. Who are these characters? 10 main heroes and 10 main villains from FF1 till FF10. It's pretty much a game tailored to fans of the series, and if you are one, well it's pretty awesome beating up Tidus using Squall(my favourite character) bwahhahahaha. No offense to Tidus lovers, he's not bad, heck he's an awesome character but there's something ..addicting.. about beating that guy up o.O I dunno?

Our Karaoke Fail?!

Hey I just realised I haven't posted up the video of Hung, KahBoon and I singing Unchained Melody during our councillor's annual dinner last year. My Games!!! WOooooOooot~~

Well as you might realise from the resurrection of this blog(hahaha resurrect thyself XD), I am indeed bored to death. What have I been doing for the past 3 months of holiday? What else? Playing games. I have yet to post up pictures of my collection of video games and today is the day that I will finally do it! Bwahahhahahahaha. But before that, I would like to post up a picture of my rock band drum pedal which has, unfortunately, snapped near the hinge. How did this happen? Well I shall try to retell the story of that fateful day.


It was a fine ...err..I can't remember the day so I shall just say..Tuesday. Yess...It was a nice and sunny Tuesday. I was playing Rockband 2 as usual, practicing my drumming in the practice mode. After playing My Hero by the Foo Fighters, I felt that I should be playing more songs from Rockband 1 since I haven't played most of them yet.

.. And so I pressed the Start button and went to proceed to picking a 'New Song'

While running through my song tracklist, I saw an interesting song to play. It was Detroit Rock City by Kiss.

Halfway through the song I felt a sharp pain from my feet. Next thing I knew.. CRACK

"Holy shit" I said as I looked down to see the horrible scene.."MY FUCKING PEDAL BROKE!!!??!?!"

Countless sobbings later here I am, probably around 3 weeks since that incident. LOL And below you shall see how my pedal looks like, broken T.T

And the picture above my friends, is a result of too much hardcore rock band drumming! And the funny thing is, that Kiss song i was playing wasn't even that difficult. Must've been the strain on playing My Hero on expert -.-

AAANYWAYY~

After that horrible incident, I have tried countless times to fix it as can be seen from the picture. The white gooey thingy at the hinge there, some kind of superglue my driver used. Yes it did hold for a little while...only like less than a week before it broke off again. Pure fucking madness I tell you. So I decided to go online and look for solutions to solve my..pedal problem. Something that might LAST. Something durable...

Enter..THE DESTROYER PEDAL~

Well it's basically a real drum bass pedal and they just drilled 2 sensor switches on it as shown in the picture below:

I'm sure this pedal won't break this time cause all of the parts are made of metal, excluding the sensors. So no worries here. Bwahhahahahaha XD

Now that that's out of the way, back to my gaming post XD

So where was I? Oh yeah, the pictures for my games. As you know, I loooveee my hobby, which is gaming. And indeed it IS an expensive hobby. Collecting original games is just..somehow...addictive o.O Although it burns a hole in my wallet T.T so..painful... LOL

Onto the picture post of my games!

First up is my collection of Gamecube games. I only have three gamecube games since I don't play it anymore. The 3 games are: Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime and Resident Evil 4

Next up is my collection of Wii games. I have twelve Wii games and they are: Wii Sports, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Resident Evil 4 Wii edition, No More Heroes, Call of Duty 3, Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz, Madden 07, Okami, Mario Kart Wii, Bully Scholarship Edition, Super Mario Galaxy and The Godfather Blackhand Edition.

My third console, The PS3, and one of my favourite consoles right now has err.. 15 Games and they are: Valkyria Chronicles, Mirror's Edge, Farcry 2, Metal Gear Solid 4, Prince Of persia, LittleBigPlanet, Soulcalibur 4, Motorstorm 2, RockBand 2, Midnight Club Los Angeles, Resistance 2, Fallout 3, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, RockBand and EndWar.
